Bedrooms
4 bedrooms sleep 2-13 guests in 9 beds. King size master, heated ensuite bathroom and sea views on a secluded wing. Front Bedroom – Queen and Single. Side Bedroom – Queen and King Single. The large rear bedroom doubles as a family room / games room with a King and 3 X King Single beds. 2 portable cots and infant equipment also available

Indoor Living
Open plan area features comfy leather sofas, solid timber floors and nautical theme with a Cape Cod feel. Floor to ceiling sliding glass open the room onto the deck with unobstructed views and easy access to the deck and beach. The rear bedroom doubles as a games room. Trampoline and beach toys for the children.
Air conditioned for year round comfort. Entertainment includes an Onkyo-Bose home theatre system, DVD, AppleTV, Bluetooth and outdoor speakers. Free WiFi covers the property. Lots of books, magazines and board games
Outdoor Living
The house is surrounded by a covered verandah with direct access from the living area and house bedrooms. This joins the large furnished deck with surround seating. Relax in classic Cape Cod chairs,, loungers or deck chairs. Sit back with a drink and take in the unobstructed beach and sea views. Watch the endless procession of passing boats close in. Listen to your favourite music from the deck speakers. Boat ramp and mooring. Watch children play ball games on the front lawn.

Kitchen & Dining
The indoor dining area has bar stools and a stone top table seating up to 6. The fully equipped kitchen includes dual dish drawer dishwashers, ice maker, Nespresso machine, gas hobs, food processor, blender, mixer, sandwich grill, slow cooker etc. Ample utensils, BBQ tools, baking and serving dishes for entertaining. Detergents, cleaning materials and kitchen linen provided.
Beach & Boating
Private beach access a few steps away with no road or sand dunes to cross. Unlike most NZ beaches, the tide does not go out far and you can swim any time of the tide. Swim out to the diving pontoon moored in front or explore secluded bays in one of the kayaks. If bringing a boat there is off street trailer parking, boat ramp and mooring. See our Beach gallery page
