Quoted rates provide for exclusive
use of the entire beach house and all facilities and include al taxes.
Rates are subject to availability, change without
notice, minimum stay requirements and confirmation at time of booking. Rates may vary for stays over New
Zealand and Australian public and school holiday period. Payment in other currencies
(GBP $US $AU) subject to the
prevailing foreign exchange rate at the time of quotation
Guest Numbers
- Quoted base rates above are for up
to 6 guests staying overnight. Extra persons $NZ30 per person per night (infants
under three years not requiring a bed free of charge) up to a maximum of 13. Rates are based on
the maximum number of persons staying and are applicable to the
entire duration of the booking, regardless of the number of nights some
additional guests may actually stay.
Inclusions - Each
booking subject to service charge of $NZ 30 per
quest
per stay. This covers quality bed linen, towels (inc beach towels during summer months), bath mats,
kitchen linen,
soap, detergents, tea and some basic provisions. Cleaning and laundry during stay, additional linen changes,
daily bed making, provisions, chef, catering, transfers, tours and other services available on request.
Included facilities
Minimum Stay - Two nights shoulder and
off peak, three - four nights over public
holidays, seven nights December 20 - February 15.
Shorter stays by negotiation between existing bookings
and last minute requests.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Smoking - not permitted anywhere on the property due
to the fire risk and consideration of future guests
Pets - on request outside only. Dogs must remain on a lead
Payment - A deposit of 50% of the total or one nights accommodation
(whichever is greater) is required to confirm
reservation. Balance required no later than two weeks
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy - 90% up to 4 weeks prior to stay
(8 weeks for December - February bookings).
Full payment required for cancellation inside these periods which may be applied to
a future stay.
Access - after 3pm day of arrival
Departure - by 10am. Negotiable if other parties not arriving or departing the same day
