Rates are subject to availability, change without
notice and confirmation at time of booking. Rates may vary for stays over New
Zealand and Australian public and school holiday dates. Payment in other currencies subject to the
prevailing foreign exchange rate at the time of quotation
Quoted rates are for up
to 6 people staying overnight. Extra persons $NZ 30 per person per night (infants
and children not requiring a bed free) up to a total of 13. Rates are based on
the maximum number of persons staying and are applicable to the
entire duration of the booking, regardless of the number of nights some
additional guests actually stay.
Each booking subject to service charge of $NZ 25 per person
per stay. This covers quality linen, bedding, pre making of beds prior to
arrival, towels (beach towels during summer months), bath mats,
kitchen linen,
soap, detergents, tea, coffee and some basic provisions. Cleaning and laundry during stay, additional linen changes,
daily bed making, provisions, chef, catering, transfers, tours and other services available on request.
Included facilities
Minimum Stay - 3 nights plus public
holidays, 7 nights Xmas / New Year and January.
Shorter stays by negotiation based on spaces between existing bookings
and last minute requests.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Smoking - not permitted anywhere on the property due
to fire risk and consideration of future guests
Pets - on request outside only. Dogs must remain on a lead
Payment - A deposit of 50% of the total or one nights accommodation
(whichever is greater) is required to confirm
reservation. Balance required no later than two weeks before stay
Cancellation Policy - 90% up to 4 weeks prior to stay
(8 weeks for December - February bookings).
Full payment required for cancellation inside these periods which may be applied to
a future stay.
Access - after 3pm day of arrival
Departure - by 10am. Negotiable if other parties not arriving or departing the same day
