double door fridge /freezer with automatic ice maker and chilled water dispenser,

etc. Cutlery, crockery and glasses with ample utensils, BBQ tools, baking and
serving dishes for entertaining. Detergents, cleaning materials and tea towels provided. A big
ceiling fan keeps the area cool in the summer. Coffee, tea , sugar, pepper, salt and some

Dining Options
- Preference is usually to BBQ food with meals served on the deck
table seating 8-10. Enjoy million dollar views and sunsets as you dine outside. See Outside Living
inside, a 6 seat table is provided inside.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools. If you do not feel like cooking
you can take out Fish n Chips, pizza or dine at one of the many fine
restaurants in Russell or the nearby vineyard

- The house is
surrounded by a covered covered verandah with direct access from the lounge
and the house bedrooms. This leads to a large
deck with surround seating and a large table
seating 8-12. Classic Cape Cod chairs, sun shade, lounger,
beach loungers and deck chairs. The deck leads directly to
the beach. Enjoy
unobstructed 180 degree views
of the beach and water with no road to cross. Sit back with
a drink and watch the constant procession of boats pass by as you listen to your favourite music from the deck speakers |

foundation suitable for vessels up to 15 metres long and has a
draft of 5 metres at low tide. An all tide boat ramp is
at the beach only 200m from the house by road. The beach also
has a marked ski lane. This is the closest launching point to most Bay Of Islands destinations making
Tapeka Del Mar the perfect base if you bring a trailer boat or charter a vessel
locally |

provides turning room and parking for trailer boats. A good all tide concrete

has a large selection from historic hotel dining to world class restaurants plus bistros,
cafes, ice cream parlour, Fish 'n' Chips and brick oven pizza - or take the passenger ferry to one of the many eateries
in Paihia. Locally farmed oysters can be purchased direct from the Oyster farm
at nearby Orongo Bay or you can sample
the wine and dine at Omata Estate, a local vineyard with commanding hill top
views on the road to the car ferry. No need to bring food as there are 2 grocery stores,
bakery, fruit / vegetables and services locally in Russell |
