size master, ensuite bathroom and sea views at a secluded end of the house. The large

two modern bathrooms including a full en suite off the master bedroom. Showers have good pressure with detachable heads to bath infants.

bath mats, and kitchen linen.

grill,
slow cooker, coffee grinder, coffee bodums etc. Cutlery,
crockery and glasses with ample utensils, BBQ tools, baking
and serving dishes for entertaining. Detergents, cleaning
materials and kitchen linen provided. A big
ceiling fan keeps the area cool in the summer and circulates heat in the
winter. Coffee, tea , sugar, pepper, salt, spices and some

- Preference is usually to BBQ food with meals served on the deck
table. Enjoy the million dollar views and romantic sunsets as you dine outside. A 6-8 seat table is provided inside. If you do not feel like cooking

- The house is
surrounded by a covered verandah with direct access from the lounge
and the house bedrooms. This leads to the large
deck with classic Cape Cod chairs, sun shade, lounger,
beach loungers and deck chairs. The deck leads directly to

unobstructed 180 degree views
of the beach and bay. Sit back with
a drink and watch the endless procession of boats passing as you listen to your favourite music from the deck speakers |

-Three Kayaks and a 10' alloy Dinghy (row
boat) are available for guest use. They are light weight and
easy to launch. Explore the nearby secluded bays, beaches,
rocks around Tapeka Point, collect green lipped mussels or

Beach Access

A good all tide concrete boat ramp is just metres away. There is ample off street parking with a covered garage.
The large grass area
provides ample turning room and parking for boat trailers close to the house.

| Fishing Equipment - there
are some basic rods, hand lines and a tackle box available
for guests. A
tackle shop in Cass Street Russell has any other gear you may require and also hires complete fishing sets with bucket and
bait - or they can arrange trips and charters |

- A stainless steel sink bench with water,
drain and overhead light is located behind the house fixed at an ideal
height. This is must for any fisherman and makes preparing the days
seafood catch easy. Some fishing tackle available or join

| Mooring - The private mooring in front can be seen from the house. It has a 4 ton
foundation suitable for vessels up to 15 metres long and has a
draft of 5 metres at low tide. An all tide boat ramp is
at the beach only 100m from the house. The beach also
has a marked ski lane. This is the closest launching point to most Bay of Islands destinations making
Tapeka Del Mar the perfect base if you are bringing a trailer boat or charter a
launch or yacht |

in Paihia. Locally farmed oysters can be purchased direct from the Oyster farm
at nearby Orongo Bay or you can sample
the wine at Omata Estate, a local vineyard with commanding hill top
