There are 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 13. The 3 main house bedrooms all have access to the covered verandah surrounding the house. All are close enough to the sea to hear the waves lapping on the shore. Beds are fitted with quality linen and made prior to arrival 

Master Bedroom - master bedroom with King size bed and full en suite bathroom. This is at the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms providing privacy away from any noise. The room has reserve, beach and sea views from the bed with a ceiling fan for those hot summer nights. Leave the sliding door access to the deck open at night and let the sound of the waves send you to sleep. Facilities include cordless telephone, clock radio, heater, hair dryer and electric blanket. The bathroom has a heater and heated towel rail.

If you want to watch a DVD movie or satellite TV channels an LCD flat panel TV is mounted on the wall. This room also contains a safe for the valuables

Bedroom 2 - front of house with sea views. 1 x queen and 1 x single

Bedroom 3 - side of house with 1 x queen and 1 x single

Bedroom 4 / rumpus / games room - this very large elevated room is directly behind the house with covered access from the rear door. It features 1 x King and 3 x single beds (two of the singles can be converted to a double bed on request).  This room is ideal for a family to sleep together, children's bedroom, teenagers escape, indoor play or games area. A stereo, television and DVD player are provided

Infant Facilities - a cot and a porta-cot is located in Bedroom 4. High chair, large wheel stroller, baby bath, bouncer, swing chair and toys are also provided saving the hassle and space of bringing these items with you. The house is generally child friendly but access to the beach and creek are not fenced off

The main house bedrooms all have ceiling fans for those hot summer nights

Linen

All bed linen, towels, bath mats and kitchen linen is supplied with beds made prior to your arrival. A washing machine, dryer and detergents are provided for washing during the stay or arrangements can be made to have the linen replaced more frequently during your stay
